Hi everyone!

My weight loss journey began around 2 years ago, back when I was almost 90kg (and, unfortunately, quite short). It started with no glp medication at all, and 15kg came off in something like 9 months, which would have been lovely, great, even amazing — if an ED hadn't developed along the way 🤩 Binge eating has been with me since my teens or maybe earlier, but that period made it worse and turned it into something else. Anyway, months of being stuck at that same annoying weight later, I decided to give mounjaro a try (motivated mainly by tik tok ngl). And oh my god. Paradise. That heavenly silence. Never in my life have I felt so peaceful. No food noises, fewer cravings, side effects barely there, and the ed completely gone, like pufff, disappeared.

Food stopped being my dopamine boost for the first time. Anyway, I stayed consistent (never went over 7.5), hit my goal weight, felt confident in my body, yada yada.

But so what am I doing here? Well (un)fortunately mounjaro is no longer an option for me, and the thought of stopping scares me asf. Already on a lower dose, I'm trying to stretch the last pen as far as it will go. Losing weight isn't the goal any more — silencing those voices and holding my current weight is. Yes, I know therapy is what I actually need most rn, and yes, that's something I'm still working on. Buuuut in the meantime I'll stick around here and soak up as much info as I can! Food noise coming back is what frightens me most right now, and throwing away all the work I've done is absolutely not happening.
