Several months back, my sister brought up "peptides". Beyond GLP1s, there were other compounds too, and since I tend to doubt things, I began digging into them to figure out what they actually are. Long story short, I went ahead with GLP1s and the impact has been HUGE. For the first time in 13 years, I am under 210.
