My goal right now is straightforward: preserve a youthful appearance for the maximum time I possibly can.

What I’m into spans from general health and wellness all the way to chasing the fountain of youth. I’m eager to gain knowledge from those who have already explored this path ahead of me, and ideally adopt some solid practices as I go.

I appreciate the add.

A little more background on me: I'm 59 years old, and next week I'll be going in for a TRT evaluation. Over the last 6 months, my routine has looked like this — AM (preworkout): NAD+, Mots-C, IGF1 / PM: HGH, HGC, KLOW (KLOW makes a big difference for joint swelling caused by athritis). I use Reta at a low dose for the extended benefits, to keep from dropping too many lbs.

Hey, I'm in Florida as well. My focus is more on feeling youthful, with extra energy and vitality, so I can keep enjoying what I love. I'm 57 and also just beginning this path.

I'm in the same boat...59, female, and my goal is simply to hold onto the youth I've still got. I'm not willing to give in to the older years just yet! To me, peptides look like they'll become the next form of preventative care. A few of the same ones you're taking are in my routine too, and what I really appreciate is the effect on the joints. Some aches and pains I picked up from work have calmed down for sure, and they aren't even noticeable now. Happy you're here too, Welcome!

Hello from Florida!

GLPs and BPC/TB have their place, but a lot of other peptides out there are just hype. Keep in mind that what you eat, how you move, supplements, and meds all play a role in getting you to your goal 😉

Absolutely! The peptide regimen has served purely as a supplement to those healthy habits, rather than taking their place.

I appreciate the warm welcome. Sticking with good decisions and keeping to a regular schedule of peppy rotations has brought fresh energy into my everyday habits.

BoombotzV, welcome — that's a strong lineup given what you're aiming for. Using KLOW against joint swelling is logical, and the GHK-Cu portion in particular has a solid body of research supporting it for connective tissue. Birdwhacker has a point that the basics outweigh the peptides, yet combining the two beats relying on just one. This is a good place to pick things up, with plenty of members following comparable protocols at your point.

It's always great to be told that what I'm doing (or what's being suggested to me) is heading in the right direction. I'm well aware that there's still plenty for me to learn. Appreciate it.
