Hello, I am 50 years old and want to lose some weight. In 2024 I hit my goal weight while taking 15 mg of Mounjaro, and then I stopped. Sadly, a portion of the weight returned, so at this point I am attempting the inexpensive path with reta to figure out how I can get back to my dream weight and keep it there over a longer period.

Hi! To start, well done on reaching your target weight — that is a real achievement, particularly while using a GLP-1. I completely understand how annoying this feels, but regaining weight after stopping is extremely typical; it is essentially the medication's unspoken downside that many doctors fail to mention beforehand.
