Greetings, 46 y/o male. Struggled my whole life with weight, etc. Started Tirz @ 315lb about 4 months ago. Currently at 268 lbs. All is going well so far.

The reta is going well, but the elevated HR is a little bothersome. Not too bad though, but it has impacted my sleep a bit. From what I've read, anything with Glucagon causes a mile elevation to HR. So far so good though.Jh02050 said:
Welcome! I’m using tirz as well and have had a good experience with it so far. Eventually, I’m interested in making the switch to retatrutide, possibly combined with cagrilintide. Still doing plenty of research before making any changes, though.

Right on thats massive lose I personally joined my wife on reta she had already transitioned from tirz. So I can't speak personally for the change aspect she definitely seems to be losing faster at a lower mg. For me im down 15lbs in 1½ months.
