Hey everyone,

I began my GLP journey a couple of years ago, starting on compound Semiglutide, and I titrated up to the full dose over more than a year yet only lost 15 pounds and never felt a thing. Then I found stg and switched to Tirz, and for the first time understood what everyone meant about cravings and food noise being cut off — that's when things started moving. I've used it for a year and a half and lost a total of 38 pounds. I'm glad that when stg shut down, people still found ways to stay connected and swap info and tips for their success. I've hit a plateau and my goal is to lose another 50 pounds.

It's curious that max clinical Sema produced such little weight loss. In the US, Sema is expected to increase to 7.2mg before long, aimed at people who don't respond to lower doses.
