Long enough lurking here to see that the real conversation happens in this place. Stopping the freeloading and pitching in seemed like the right move.
The short version: tirzepatide came first, and now I'm researching retatrutide, with an embarrassing number of hours sunk into grasping the landscape. Operations management is my background, so my brain defaults to building systems around things. A full protocol workbook covering schedules, costs, and monitoring already exists. I'm that guy.
The reason I'm here:
Type 2 Diabetes. Plant-based diet. Track everything. The TRIUMPH data got my attention for reasons that go past the scale number. Liver markers of mine are being watched, so the glucagon receptor pathway and the hepatic data aren't merely interesting — they're personally relevant.
Running a community support program for unsheltered individuals in North County SD is also on my plate, along with motorcycles, and a bus that's currently becoming a mobile home because clearly I don't have enough projects.
What I'm after:
Genuine experience from people further along than me. A community where questions aren't treated as weakness and caution isn't mistaken for cowardice. Once I'm past the new member restrictions, sharing what I've compiled so far will be a pleasure.
