Adding to the multiple people quoting here. I have not tried Reta but Tirz has been a game changer for food noise for my Wife and I. We also only do once a week shot and like others have mentioned it seems to be good for about 5 Days. This works for us as we allow ourselves a cheat day right before shot day.
