Hello all. A recent blood test told me plainly that my health can’t keep sliding, so I’m a guy in his middle years who has to act. Should I fail to change course at this point, the latter half of my life will be far more difficult—and likely far shorter—than it should be.

For the last month I’ve been training at the gym on a full schedule and putting back together routines that had fallen away. Semaglutide and tirzepatide, both prescription, gave me reasonable outcomes when I used them before, and right now I’m looking into various options that can help with recovery and general wellness. My reason for being here is to pick up knowledge from those with firsthand experience and to assemble a solid, lasting plan that genuinely delivers.

I trust that I can do the work, yet I’m humble enough to recognize how much remains for me to learn. Research is something I enjoy diving into, and my aim is to draw on the strongest evidence out there so I can take charge of my health.

It will be a pleasure to learn from this community and to meet others walking a similar road. I appreciate the welcome—time to get to work.

Dr. Burrito yano. Cheeeese!

Wishing you the best, mate. Did you find that going the licensed pharmacy route meant you picked up far less knowledge about these meds, since you handed the thinking over to a healthcare professional? That was definitely my experience.

My first step was a prescription, and after that I moved to single vial grey market, though the whole time I was doing my best to pick up knowledge along the way. Once single vial grey became unavailable, I had no choice but to get more resourceful. I want to find out what has everyone's attention at the moment. Thanks for the welcome @collioureviews
