Hi there, I

m, thatfellahere.

A man in his early 40s, living in the DMV area.

Losing weight has been a struggle for many years, my 30s especially.

Stress eating is a habit of mine, and several approaches — fasting, running, low-carb diets — left me with very little progress.

In the end I found out my testosterone levels were low, which probably explains the lack of results.

TRT was something I started for a while, but the cost meant I couldn’t continue.

Health effects are starting to show now that my BMI has reached a certain point, thinning hair at the crown among them.

Physical and mental fatigue have also been a significant part of it.

Mornings have become very difficult to wake up for, to the point that my work attendance is suffering.

GLP-1 medication was something I looked into, but insurance wouldn’t cover them, even with me falling within the pre-diabetic range, and the local wellness clinic is not much better either.

So this year the decision is made: whatever it takes to turn my health around.

Researching new weight loss methods led me to information about Retatrutide, and about peptides in general.

More research followed, and I settled on a supplier with enough vetting behind it for me to feel comfortable trying peptides.

Alongside Retatrutide, the order included Amino 5, MOTS-C, a Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin blend, and liquid B12.

The first Retatrutide dose was 1 mg, and a few hours later my urge to snack had dropped dramatically.

The promotional Big Arch burger got eaten, but the stomach discomfort that followed was enough to sell me on staying away from greasy fast food for the foreseeable future 😅.

A food logger plus some dietary changes meant that inside the first week my weight fell from 294 pounds on March 2nd to 288 pounds.

My second week is nearly over now, my birthday is close, and positive changes are already showing. More energy on waking, and less back pain.

Past 210 pounds sits the thinnest I’ve ever been, and I know that once I get there it will feel like a lifetime hurdle has finally been cleared.

For now though, I'm aking my time day by day. Jogging is starting again and I've signed up for access at my office gym.

hello , any updates on this? what has the tesamorelin done for you? it has me thinking of getting on it, except im me kind of worried that it spikes your blood sugar, and my a1c last time i checked was .1 into the pre diabetic range ,
