Hi Everyone. Been enjoying the food in Asia too much since moving to Thailand.
On Mounjaro, have lost 10kg over the past 2 months!
Ideally looking for another 10kg of fat loss and 5kg of lean muscle gain in a bit of a recomp.
Looking forward to learning lots!
