hello!! peptides are new to me, I'd say, and I'm on my tenth week of reta (4mg).
BED has been my struggle my whole life, and with a nigerian family there was never any support, im not at a point where id say im still very young but im at 144kg
reta was started to begin a weightloss journey, but nothing has come off yet being very tall (186cm) and female apparently changes things, but graduation is close and summer is coming very soon and self hate and reta as a whole are really weighing on me..
any and all advice would be loved!! maybe particularly from black women who've been in the same place as me!
