Hi all! Before anything else: this is the very first forum of any kind I've signed up to, so go easy on me if I get the etiquette wrong. Thanks for having me — the amount of help on offer here is obvious already, and it's good to be in.
So, the basics: 33 years old, standing 6'5", sitting at 330 lbs, out of NY. Education is the line of work, and next summer is my target for being 75 pounds lighter. Work restarts soon, which should give me more structure to lean on — that's when I'm hoping a diet and training routine finally takes hold for good.
Big, yes — but never idle. Basketball, Muay Thai, swimming, biking: keeping pace with my fitter friends and relatives has never been the issue. Thank God for that. Even so, a proper change feels overdue now. What I'd like is for the outside to match the inside, and to see what this body can actually do.
Peptides are uncharted territory for me, honestly. One of the better-known vendors nearly got my order, except reta isn't something they stock — and reta is the one I keep coming back to. Months of thinking it over have gone by, and the next step finally feels like something I could actually take.
Any pointers aimed at a total beginner would be very welcome!
