Just joined the forum... Type 1 for 42 years, using a minimed 780G plus instinct sensor. mounjaro/zepbound for 3 years. I work as a pharmacist.
Tirzepatide has given me great results across those 3 years: HgbA1c fell by nearly a full 1.2% after I began, I dropped 65lb, and my pump now delivers under half the total daily exogenous insulin I needed before tirzepatide.
My weight loss has more or less stalled at 65 lbs down (325lbs -->260lbs), so I'd like to hear how other members here have handled similar situations.
