Hi everyone! I am 30 and based in Sweden.

I have used tirz 2,5 mg/week for short stretches (8-10 weeks) twice and it worked brilliantly for me! Getting tirz the way I used to is no longer possible. And with a BMI that is not >30, I have no right to a prescription in Sweden. So I went looking for another route and began seeing people from US and UK discussing reta on FB. My reading about reta brought me to this forum and I hope to connect with others here who are also in Europe. I hope to learn more from you all, because reta is still at a very early stage here. And I am very new to it.

Hej!

Bra effekter? 😃

Hi CP. Swedish isn't a language I know, though ChatGPT handles translation really well. My own Tirz journey began roughly 3 weeks back, following about 18 months of Semaglutide use. At the lower doses, Tirz gave me zero appetite suppression and zero side effects. My guess is that my system has adapted so thoroughly to GLPs that Tirz doesn't feel like much of a shift, GIP agonist included. Over the past weekend I raised my dose to 10 mg, and at last there's some appetite suppression coming through. So for another 3 weeks I'll stay at 10 mg, then figure out my next move.

From what I understand, Reta currently ranks as the most popular gray market incretin drug, yet I'm not willing to accept needless risk, so I likely won't try Reta myself unless the FDA approves it. Finding a solid Tirz source should be easy for you, but you ought to also get comfortable with proper sterile practices and buy top-quality supplies. This website holds plenty of useful information.

Best of luck!

Hey, welcome aboard! Thanks for signing up and telling us about your journey. Your post got me thinking about my sister-in-law, actually. She spent roughly a year on Semaglutide, paused it, and later switched to Tirzepatide once I shared how well it had gone for me — my appetite and hunger were gone entirely. With Semaglutide, that never happened for her. She's now somewhere around 6-8 weeks into Tirzepatide and still isn't experiencing the same appetite/hunger suppression I had. What's more, her current dose is higher than any dose I've taken.

One thing worth noting: our BMIs are very different.
