225lbs, 5'10", 48 yr old male. I surf and snowboard, so fairly active, but by no means a gym rat.
1 mg of Reta went in 2 days ago - which is basically 48 hours at the exact moment of writing. Nothing has really been felt yet and hunger is unaffected, so I'm a little bummed. The wealth of knowledge on this forum does have me understanding that it might take a while, though.
Anyway, learning more is what I'm looking forward to, and maybe joining a testing group.
