For 2 months I've been on tirzepatide, and at present my dose is 2.5 mg taken once every 3 days. Retatrutide was ordered by me from verified suppliers located in the East. My plan is either to switch over to it or to stack it alongside tirzepatide. Right now the scale shows 129 kg.
