Hi all, I'm a newcomer to GLP's and I'm living in Japan for my studies. Excited to hear tips and chat with you all here 🙂

Right now I'm using tirz and haven't noticed much of a result, so I'm hoping for some guidance!

Tirz has been part of my routine for several months at this point. The results have left me quite satisfied, and it has performed well in my case. That said, everyone responds differently, no question about it. From what I've come across, a great deal depends on dialing in the right dose for your own body. There's a ton of useful material on this forum, that's certain. Wishing you the best as you go along!

Appreciate it, dude! Fingers crossed it gets better — 5mg hasn't done anything for my habits, and honestly they may have gotten worse.

When I first started tirz, I started at 2.5mg for 4 weeks then 5mg for 4 weeks. I would say it did help me but not a crazy amount and probably for just a few days after I pinned. The 7.5mg dose is where I really started feeling like I was receiving all the benefits. How long have you been taking it?

fingers crossed it works out the same for me. I've done 5 weeks at 5mg, still have a handful of vials to go, and after that I'll give 7.5 a shot

In most cases, obtaining syringes in this country without a prescription is extremely hard, unless you happen to know a person who resides on a US military installation. Peptides, by contrast, are not particularly difficult to come by. The real obstacle is the syringes. During a short stay in the US, I gave Reta a try, and I really wish it were possible for me to use it here lol.

I’ve been curious too about the syringe situation — from what I understand, Japan is pretty strict (for instance, GLP-1s need a prescription if you’re using them beyond a certain number of weeks). I’ve come across mentions of reusable injection pens for travel, but I’m not sure whether those would be any simpler to obtain after you arrive.

That's wild! I picked up a new fact!
