15mg of Triz has been my dose for roughly 2 1/2 years now, and a plateau set in at least a year back. Reta only came onto my radar recently, and I've been digging across the net for details on it — which is how I landed on this great community! Learning from everyone here is what I'm after, and I'd like to become an active member.
