50M here. Tirz from a Northern Ireland prescriber had me stuck on a plateau for a good while. I am about 25kg down and still fighting to break under 30 BMI.
Now I'm weighing up what comes next. Pushing Tirz up to 15mg doesn't strike me as worthwhile.
Curious about other peps too, at minimum for the energy lift.
The friendly atmosphere here is what drew me in.
