Thrilled to have discovered this forum. I've been going down a YouTube rabbit hole by myself, trying to pick up more than YouTube claims I'm allowed to. I've got every question there is! A bit about me: Zep was my medication for 16 months, until insurance replied 'No.' Then I began R at .25 and now I'm at 3. Sorry- the abbreviations around here are tough to pick up. Anyway- I'm completely done shelling out $90/vial. I'm such a sucker. Help meeee 😅

Glad to have you! How are things going with reta for you? It has caught my interest, but the bump in resting heart rate keeps me from trying it. Tirz already pushed mine up by a few bpm, and I needed my doctor to prescribe propranolol for it.

No rise in bpm has shown up for me — though I should mention I take 3mg/week. I keep going back and forth on returning to T, yet I can’t put my finger on why I haven’t. Compared with T, the food noise hits harder on Reta. I added Cag into the mix and I’m still working out where the balance sits.

I've come across reports that reta leads to more food noise compared to tirz. In my case with tirz, the food noise tends to return around day 5, so pinning every 6 days has been my approach and it appears to help.
