Hi! I kicked off the STG journey on behalf of my wife. Her insurance turned down her zep at first, so I did what I do and tracked down STG, then put in my initial order. For her, it has been a fantastic ride. Since April 2025, she has dropped more than 100lb on Tirz.

At this point I'm looking into additional peptides for both her and me. Reta has my attention for personal use. Beyond GLP1s, the others we're keen to test out are 5amino, LIPO-c, KLOW/GLOW, and NAD+.

Glad to be part of this.

my sister keeps giving me grief because i managed to get tirz, and she's around 150lbs overweight yet her insurance won't give her the green light. so now i'm putting in the effort to learn everything about this scene and source my own, all so she can simply take my brand-name script lol. she's too afraid to put faith in anything that isn't handed to her by her own doctor, whereas i'm okay trusting that i've done enough homework and trials to feel safe. on top of that it's sooooooooooooo much cheaper holy crap im in awe

That covers a lot of ground. It's simple to get overwhelmed like a kid in a candy shop. Tirz and Reta have well-documented, well-understood properties. For weight loss or metabolic regulation, these are solid choices. I prefer taking a small dose of each to achieve the best of both effects. Regarding the other peptides you brought up, GLOW seems like an excellent starting point. Within a month, I noticed changes in skin and hair, which matches what many others have reported. YMMV.

I'm in a similar situation. My sister got turned down for Tirz, so I fell down a rabbit hole too and came across this forum, which looks like a solid resource for peptides, particularly for understanding all the details involved with them. I started Reta personally and have dropped about 15LBs, though I'm only microdosing it! Aiming to get lean!
