Hey everyone, close by and far away!

Living in the US, I've put two years into digging around on this. Curiosity hit me midway, so I gave compounded tirz a shot for two months, then went straight back to how I used to do things.

Honestly, there wasn't a whole lot on the line for me — I show up for lifting regularly and my meals are solid. Still, every so often a small lift is exactly what's needed when things get rough, right? I'm feeling better than I ever have, my abs are visible once more, and every bit of my lab work came back in excellent shape. GLP-1'ing grew into something much bigger for me.

Sorry for staying quiet — I'm shy. So much has been picked up along the way, and I'm grateful to all of you.

Positive things I didn't expect: crypto no longer feels frightening at all, I've gotten to know folks from every kind of background, and I recently assisted a close friend in beginning their own journey.

Life is good.

I’m still very much a beginner, and I tend to just read without posting. You’ve clearly been picking things up for a while now, so how much do I really need to understand crypto, and where would I actually put it to use? Honestly, the same guidance you gave your friend would probably be useful for me too.

Also, good to meet you.

Glad to have you. I also mostly read rather than write. It’s tough to ask things before looking around a bit…
