Hi all!
Glad to be part of this.
Right now trizepatide is what I'm on, and I'm waiting for my retra, Tesa and Mot- C to show up. Tuesday is when they should get here.
Since I'm super new (my start was on July), the lowest dose is what I'm using at the moment, and the antiflammatory effect has been really nice so far. (Once I handle eating at night better, I'll micro dose purely for that reason.)
My plan is to bring my tirz dose down to 2mg, because adding retra is something I want to do. Retra raising heart rate is something I'm aware of, though it's not a huge issue for me since my rate is always at the lowest. 1 mg of retra is what I'd like to take, but whether that will be my first dose I'm unsure, and after reading some of your experiences, I doubt it.
My training performance, at least VO2 max, has really dropped since March. A prescribed medication was something I quit because my period didn't come for MONTHS, so on purpose I rest more days, eat more calories and stopped the medication, the problem? Weight gaining, not too much but not everything was muscle and I was not comfortable at all.
Binging, impulsive behavior, anxiety etc. were helped by that medication. So because eating at night is something I hate, I decided extra help is needed. An emotional eater is what I am, especially when angry. Healthy eating is something I enjoy, so that isn't my issue. Quantities, as you can guess, are my problem.
So giving up is not happening. Strength and agility gains are a must for me.
An ED has been with me since 11 yrs. Some moments I'm much better, but accepting that my relationship with my body won't be perfect is necessary. That's why performance matters more to me than looks.
All of you and this forum are really appreciated by me.
Thank you very much
