Slim1 is the name, or at least the slim1 I'm working towards. forums are new territory — I've never really used them before. So easing in at the kiddy pool rather than jumping straight into the deep end makes sense; watching and learning the ropes comes first. There is a ton of information on here. Reading is what I'm doing, and a million questions are waiting, but with posting still off limits I'll keep digging for answers on my own. Some personal info anyway: I'm 5' 11”, middle age, male, and my weight loss journey started at 356LBS. 198LBS is where I sit now. Whether I'm allowed to mention my current pep stack I'm not sure, so I won't. That's enough for now, hope everyone has a great day.
