Hey all. Anybody able to say what my username nods to, no googling allowed?!? Getting scammed is what pushed me to look for somewhere better than where I was. Late 40s, and my aim is simply better overall health and appearance and so on. Delighted to be here. Plenty of questions on my list, though I will naturally do my homework first. Thank you.
