Hi all! The title says it: short, obese female after a good time - and after better health!

A bit about me: middle aged, pre-menopausal, white. "Wife" of 20 years (pretty cool), "Mom" to a young adult about to join the US Armed Forces (very proud!), yet utterly sick and tired of being "stuck." Stuck in an obese body, with awful eating habits and a don't give a 💩 outlook.

Long time lurker, and I have finally decided to join in, so thank you for having me!
