Hey all...I'm a 67 year old guy and I want to get back to feeling good. A day with real energy has been missing for way too long.

A few weeks back I began Reta, and along with mild resistance training plus elliptical sessions, roughly 6 pounds have already come off.

On top of that, I've kicked off a mitochondria stack using Nad, ss31, and mots-c, hoping it gives my workouts more energy and speeds up recovery.

As things stand, any really hard effort leaves me feeling flu-ish for 2 or 3 days.

Still, I realize this isn't how I have to feel, and I'm hopeful about what's ahead. There isn't a huge amount of weight for me to drop.... I stand 6'2" and weigh around 210, but the visceral fat has to go!!!

Glad to be among people with the same mindset who support one another in living healthier lives! Peace. 🙂

Pick up some BPC to help knit those sore bones back together.

Do you take any vitamins? You ought to be spending roughly $60 each month on them. For the majority of people, vitamins deliver more benefit than most peptides do, particularly something like SS-31.

Are you using any form of hormonal support? HCG works well for that purpose. Enclo is another route you could take. Sure, given your age you might simply begin TRT, but that's a messy and costly journey that doctors and clinics will gladly twist for you so they can hand you a prescription to abuse.

Pull yourself together, gramps!
