INTRO Seeking a remedy for my back pain

Have you thought about booking in with a physiotherapist?

There are lots of different kinds of back pain, and although certain peptides might be useful - particularly when the issue is a muscle injury - the range of possible causes is so wide that you could be chasing the wrong thing entirely if you haven't got a diagnosis.

Broadly speaking, the Wolverine stack (TB500 + BPC157) is an excellent healing stack. That said, if the problem stems from nerves, from osteoarthritis, or simply from load, the benefit you see may be limited.

I previously dealt with noticeable upper back pain caused by one side of my pectorals being overdeveloped, which pulled me into an odd posture. A physio prescribed exercises that cleared it up within a few weeks, and these days I make sure to include core muscles and other areas in my training so I don't drift back into the same situation.

Hello! There are various reasons someone might experience back pain, yet in nearly every case, graded exercise can lead to improvement. As @nwark pointed out, adding a physical therapist to your care strategy would be an excellent move!
