Morning all.
Peptides have been part of my life for around 10 months now. Mounjaro was the start and 7 months ago I moved to Reta, then back to mounjaro for a couple of months as a plateau seems to have set in over the last 4 weeks. All told I have lost 3 stone, and another 20lbs would be nice but that is my final goal and if I don't it wouldn't break my heart. Until recently there haven't really been any problems. Constipation has been with me for a number of years and laxido gets taken every day. 5mg Reta once a week was my dose but an episode of awful stomach pains, top right hand side, followed, which I think was a mixture of taking 2 laxido daily and the Reta. Laxido was dropped to 1 daily and the Reta reduced to 3mg. Then I decided to move to tirz for a couple of months, and I am now on week 2. 3mg on week one and 5mg has just been taken.
A journey it has been. Not one I'd change, though I am hoping that this plateau isn't the end of my weight loss.
Breast cancer hit me 4 years ago and kidney cancer last year. The fatigue was definitely eased by the Reta and I feel in a much better place because of it, plus I am 3 stone lighter.
Tips and ideas from others are what I'm on here for.
