Hi everyone,

Recently I've spent quite a bit of time going through various protocols, threads, and feedback from researchers throughout this community.

My own journey with peptides started back in 2019, and that interest has kept expanding ever since — particularly following big life shifts such as getting married and becoming a parent. At this point I'm eager to get back into shape and rebuild my physique.

Since I work as a pharma chemist, I really enjoy exploring the pharmacological aspects of peptides in depth and keeping up with new findings, mechanisms, and protocols.

Being based in Dubai can make it tricky at times to stay fully consistent with research and sourcing, but this forum has simplified that a lot. What I truly value here is the way researchers watch out for one another, particularly given how heavily abused and misleading this market can be at times.

I'll do my best to give back by sharing personal experiences, scientific insights, updated protocols, and anything useful I pick up along the way — just as this community has helped me become aware of many things I didn't know before.

Wishing everyone a great and successful research journey.

Hi everyone, after my first 200mcg shot of CJC/IPA 10mg I broke out in severe hives across my stomach, arms and flanks, plus intense nausea and heavy sweating. I took an antihistamine along with hydration tablets and the reaction cleared.

Currently running Reta / SLUPP.

Would it make sense to retry at a micro dose using a fresh vial?

Back then, 3 years ago, my stack was ghrp2 - ghrp6 - Fragment.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Among peptides, GH secretagogues carry the highest risk of triggering immune responses.

Given how severe your reaction was, I'd steer clear of all of them. Motsc is off-limits for me for that exact reason.

Switching to real GH is probably your safest route. There's no way to tell whether cjc or ipa is the culprit. Tesa is an option you could explore, but I wouldn't use any of these again unless an epi pen is within reach. Going intramuscular might ease things, though it could just as easily backfire. Considering the reaction you experienced, I wouldn't risk it.

Update:

Two days later, I gave a fresh vial a shot at roughly 100mcg.

Wheezing and itching kicked in right away. So this pep is getting cut from my stack, no doubt about it.

Next up: real GH.

HGH or IGF — which one? Main goal is body decomposition plus holding onto muscle.

From what I've come across, the top CJC/IPA dose people suggest is 125mcg, since CJC tends to trigger a histamine response that I believe affects the majority of users. When I ran cjc/ipa, my weight loss didn't budge at all, so I moved over to 2mg tesa/ipa. That switch gave me zero reactions, and now my weekly weight loss has increased twofold, especially in visceral fat based on my body pod scale readings.

In my research, the pet receives Hgh alongside IGF-1lr3. To me, Hgh serves mainly for fat loss and body composition, while IGF is aimed at muscle growth. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and my pet has already put on more than 5 pounds of muscle.
