INTRO Rural America checking in

Hi there! Which one did you go with, Sema or Tirz? My own journey began with Sema, and it brought that side effect along with plenty of others, and on top of that I put on weight. Once I made the switch to Tirz, everything changed completely. The only thing I notice now is feeling tired the day after the shot.
 
The two of us gave Sema a go, and nausea hit both of us. I stopped before long, but she stuck with it. She made the move to Tirz, and I've only just done my 1st dose. Nothing bad to report. wow
 
Central Ohio here too — I'm out in the sticks as well! My job keeps me at a desk. These days I'm running Reta, though it hasn't really done much for me; before that I was on wegovy and the side effects hit me hard. A couple years back I spent a month on Tirz and the results were great, so my plan is to switch back to tirz through the grey market and possibly work cjc in before long.
