INTRO Reta deserves the hype

Totally with you on this. I've been dosing Reta at 1mg each week, and there are times I completely skip one of the meals I had scheduled. Really wish this peptide had been around 10 years back.

Hi, how many weeks have you been dosing 1mg/week? What's your rate of weight loss? What's your target amount to lose?

I haven't started any peptides — I'm completely new. My goal is roughly 30 lbs down, though I'd rather not drop it too quickly.

For the coming 4 weeks my dose is 1mg/wk. Prior to this, 0.5mg/week was all I used. My approach is always to begin at a low dose, because I want to confirm the product does what it should and that no allergic reaction happens. Losing weight is not really why I take Reta — silencing food cravings is the primary reason. Over the next 12 weeks I'm in a cutting phase, and because most meals are bland, I end up binge eating deserts/carbs/fastfood. Some fat will definitely come off, though that's simply a result of the slight cal deficit I'm running. The food noise is what Reta removes.

The best advice I can give is to spend few hours and read all you can about the various GLP1 peptides. The extra glucagon agonist activity is why I picked Reta. In the bodybuilding community it also appears to be used more widely. So far I absolutely love it. Tirz and Reta are the only GLP1 peptides I've studied in depth. Tirz seems to be effective as well.

Glad 1mg worked out that way for you. Personally, I began at 1mg too, but my appetite hasn't shifted much. During a cut, I'd keep eating the same portions as before reta, and skipping meals still leaves me hungry. That said, after one lighter gym session, I got nauseous enough to feel like puking — something that had never occurred before.

How certain are you that your Reta is real? For me, even at 1mg/wk, Reta hits hard. I might need to lower my dose since finishing all the food I've mapped out for my macros has become a struggle. Then again, peptides affect each person differently — perhaps I'm simply a hyper responder lol

Honestly no idea why that is. This is also my first go with any glp1 agonist, so going by what I've come across, reta ought to have hit me harder. Suppose it just varies from person to person. Fingers crossed mine is the real deal. As for the source, I looked into it beforehand and there don't appear to be any negative reviews or reports. I'd rather not name the place since I figure that's against the rules here.

Started at around 2mg, now at week 8 and dosing 4mg. With consistent calorie tracking, I've dropped 18 lbs already. Even after a few nights out drinking, it seems like I just can't catch a buzz. This product is the real deal!

Yeah, that is really odd. Perhaps you could pick up some Tirz and compare the two? When you look at the price, it comes out way less expensive than Reta.

Dieting basically runs itself now.....grabbed some gray market reta recently and it's been a joy.
I really wanted to be a fan of it. The exhaustion is unreal, and my legs have been aching in this strange way. On top of that, there are moments when anxiety hits me hard. Once I hit my goal, I'm dropping it and staying on tirz. The reason I brought reta in was because tirz had stopped working for me (upping the dose wasn't an option since calories weren't the problem — sure, more might suppress my appetite further, but I don't need to eat less. What I was after was a possible metabolism lift from reta).
