Hey all! I'm a 36-year-old guy living in Chicago. Reddit had plenty of praise for this place, so I came by to pick up more knowledge about peptides. Right now I'm 5 weeks into Reta, and I'm also running tesa alongside mots-c. Semax is next on my list to add into the mix. Things have gone well up to this point. The only thing I noticed was a bit of constipation early on. Recent bloodwork showed low levels, so trt is coming up for me shortly. My plan is to drop some weight across the coming year and reach my target weight. Anyway, I appreciate the welcome, and I'm excited to chat with everyone and keep learning along the way! Thanks!

To me you are going light-speed. My own approach is a lot slower. 31/m and only on Tirz for dropping the weight. Losing since March. Best of luck!

That makes sense. I'm carrying a lot more weight than I ought to, so I wanted to go at this head-on. On top of that, I'm watching what I eat and working out 3-4 times per week. My daily intake sits at 1800-2200 calories, with 180-200g protein, 80-100g fat, and carbs capped at 230-250. Each session is 30-45 minutes of lifting plus 30-45 minutes of cardio, 3-4 times per week. My job is very physical, so I'm also logging somewhere between 12000-14000 steps daily. So far the scale has been dropping 2 pounds per week.

Welcome aboard! From what you describe, the beginning has gone fairly smoothly, and it's great that side effects have been minimal. Nice work reaching the 5-week mark and noticing enough change to keep you going. That stack is certainly bold — I'd like to know how adding Semax turns out for you.

Smart move running bloodwork before beginning TRT. With any luck, dialing in your levels plus the weight loss will have you feeling even better as the next year goes by.

Can't wait to follow your updates and pick things up alongside you. Happy to have you here!

Welcome!

You're adding things quickly — ideally you'd be able to notice what each one does. That approach wouldn't work for me, though I do want to grow my own list gradually with additional peps.

It's great that you're working out so often too; using peps is one way we push ourselves toward better routines, which makes proper nutrition and training a must.

May this path treat you as well as it has treated me, and may you hit your goals before long!

Welcome aboard—my own peptide experience is fairly short too, roughly 3 months. I eased into Reta by tritrating gradually, and only during these past few weeks did I bring mots-c into the mix. Cjc/ipa is what I plan to add next month. My approach has been to build the stack slowly, and so far things have gone smoothly. It sounds like your stack is treating you well too, though adding new peptides at a gradual pace does appear to be a sensible habit.

I'll admit I probably jumped into adding new peptides faster than I should have. That said, medications have never really given me side effects before, so I figured peptides would behave the same way. Turns out that held up — the only thing I've noticed is a bit of constipation from Reta, nothing else.
