Hello!
First post here, and everything this community will teach me is exciting.
The pep scene is fairly new to me. Tirz started my journey in Feb 2026 and since then a little more venturing out has happened, to Reta and Klow. About 20lbs has come off, which is a little slow for me but seeing it as a good thing is what I'm trying. Slow to come off and hopefully, super slow or to never put back on. ^.^
The science side of things is what I like. Amino chains, how they function in the body, and how certain parts of each chain can even be isolated to target individual needs — that's the interesting part. My nerd is showing 8)
Which is what I think I am most excited to learn about here. Especially since pre diabetic is what I am, with HS (an inflammatory disorder) and Food Pollen Allergy Syndrome with slight Celiac on top.
Research and insight from this forum should, I believe, bring most of these issues under control and get me back to a healthy and hopefully a more soccer/gym filled lifestyle!
