Hey everyone,

I'm 45 years old, from NC, and right now I weigh 240lbs. Getting back to 175 is the plan — that's what I was tipping the scales at 20 years back.

Truthfully, my current body and lifestyle just aren't sitting right with me. Poor eating patterns crept in, I quit working out, and I'm through with using 10hr workdays or time with the kids as an excuse. It genuinely feels like one of my final opportunities to build a body I'm happy with and flip the script.

I'm treating this as a full reset. Biohacking is something I'm on board with to make those goals easier and to establish stronger routines that stick. I've come here to pick up knowledge on GLP-1/reta/tirz alongside other protocols, and to hear what's actually worked for you folks. Can't wait to get acquainted with everyone!

It's never too late for a change, man. Put in the workouts and look into what tools are out there to support you. 2 years back I was where you are now; the first year and a half I dropped a lot just from hard work, then about 4 months ago a buddy put me onto reta and some other peptides, and they were a big game changer. In the last 4 months I'm down 30 or so lbs of fat and added some muscle. Just keep working hard and keep in mind all these peptides are tools to help you reach your goal, but the hard work is still needed.

Appreciate the support, dude. Nice work on what you've achieved so far — congrats. And yeah, I'm with you: the effort you put in is what everything else is built on.
