Hey everyone!
New here, obviously, though forums like these are nothing new to me — the main thing I want is to meet people and vibe!
Curiosity is what brought be here, plus past experiences, a GLP-1 prescription in my own history, a passion for health/fitness and an appetite to learn more. My background is biotech/pharma too — over 20 years in various roles across many of the big companies — so related subject matter tends to catch my interest. Plenty of familiar topics have come up that's right up my alley. Other than that, travel and sports (football above all) are my things, and I game a lot.
Interacting with everyone here is something I'm looking forward to, and hopefully my best effort turns into something useful for this awesome community!
