Hey all,
Texas is home for me, and I've taken a numbers-first approach to monitoring my health, body composition, and peptide usage. My weight-loss effort began at 190 lbs, and these days I sit in the low 140s (5’8, 42 YO)
Using AI to spot patterns across my bloodwork, body composition, medications, nutrition, and training has been a major asset. Labs get tracked on a regular basis — lipids, hormones, liver enzymes, glucose markers, and other health metrics — and I lean on those results to guide decisions instead of treating scale weight as the only signal.
Right now my aims are body recomposition, holding onto the weight loss, improving health markers, and deepening my understanding of GLP-1s and related peptides.
Different protocols have been tried, results have been followed closely, and what I've seen is that objective data plus steady monitoring changes everything.
I'm eager to pick up knowledge from others, swap experiences, talk through bloodwork trends, and pass along what I've picked up so far. Appreciate the welcome, and I'm glad to be here as part of the community.
