INTRO Pepi, documenting my retatrutide run

Hello everyone, new around here, and the name I'll go by is Pepi. First forum post ever, as you guys probably already know, and forums were never really my thing before this. More information on peptides, retatrutide specifically, is my reason for joining — since April 1st, 2026 is when it started for me. Documenting the journey for anyone hesitant on retatrutide is my aim, and maybe getting some help from others along the way.

Side effects:

Day 1: Didn't feel anything.

Day 2: Felt the hunger suppression right away the moment I woke up. I felt some discomfort at night which turned to small headaches and tiredness. (I'm a night owl so its unusual for me to feel tired at 11pm.)

Day 3: Still woke up to some headaches but hunger suppression felt a little uncomfortable. Nothing major really happened.

Day 4: Headaches gone but the feeling of controlling what I eat is unreal. These past days I have basically been drinking my 100g of protein and 730 kcals from whey protein with chipotles double high protein bowl which has 81g of protein and 730 kcals.
