Hi all,

Figured it was about time I said hello — I'm based in Germany.

Reta has been part of my routine for a while, and I'm down roughly 15 kg so far. That experience changed things for me and sparked a broader interest in peptides. One thing led to another, and now I've somehow got around 10 pens sitting in the fridge.

My reason for being here is to pick up more knowledge on other peptides tied to weight loss, body recomposition, and GH-related topics. I've done plenty of reading already, but there's always something new to learn — particularly from folks who've actually been through it.

Keen to see what everyone is running, what's working, what isn't, and hopefully soak up some useful info along the way.

Appreciate the welcome.

Hey, glad to have you here, and nice work on what you've achieved so far.

You said there are already a good number of pens sitting in your fridge—so what's your system for keeping them straight at the moment?

Once the numbers grow, I find myself losing track sometimes: keeping up with concentrations, batch dates, or simply making sure nothing gets swapped around can become a hassle.

What are you relying on these days for that part of it?

Hallo, willkommen hier! Ich komme auch aus Deutschland und bin genauso neu (und beim Thema Peptide ein völliger Noob, wie Du offenbar nicht 😀)!

A Pen holder with cap was 3D printed for me by someone. It can hold 9 Pens. I'll try to find a picture.

That does sound genuinely handy — a photo would be great to see!

On top of that, I got a cheap little printer off amazon for 15£ — I use it to put names, concentrations and so on onto labels, which means I don't have to keep any of it in my head.

That's honestly a smart approach 😄 straightforward yet effective

I've also noticed some folks in here using niimbot label printers with round stickers — seems like a neat method for keeping things organized.
