I've been reading along quietly for a while, yet I'm still quite unsure about my next steps. I wish learning all this were simpler and that somebody would guide me through it personally.
A few years ago I had surgery and dropped a significant amount of weight. Now it feels like I only need a bit of support to keep the loss going, because my body is trying to put it back on. More than a year ago my surgeon wrote me a prescription for tirz, but the price was too high, and at that point compounding looked like the better option. It worked well. So I'm content with tirz and my current routine, though I'm exploring other suppliers.
Beyond that, my health is good. I'm an athlete who wants to keep gaining muscle and maintain energy as I move through menopause, so perhaps there are additional things to consider down the road, but that's for later.
