Hi all,

I came across this place since I'm a pale girl after the easy way out. 😅

My initial interest in tanning peptides spiraled fast into peptides, COAs, testing, filtration, reconstitution, and a pile of acronyms I can't keep straight. Whenever I feel like I've got one piece sorted, 3 more things pop up that I need to dig into. 🥴

I just wrapped up my MS in Clinical Psychology, so clearly all those years of reading research articles weren't punishment enough. Rather than rest, I've ended up buried in yet more studies and forum posts about peptides.

I'm here to learn, read, and hopefully get a clearer grasp of what I'm seeing with research, testing, and quality. Can't wait to pick things up from everyone.

Thanks for having me!

Reta is the only thing required. Honestly, filtering isn't necessary, but have at it if that's your idea of a good time. Reta delivers everything you've ever imagined. At last you can live out those fantasies of eating only half, splitting an appetizer, or skipping the bedtime snack. A few months in, your weight and improved self-esteem will change how others treat you. It genuinely is all that.

Just avoid a fat mindset and steer clear of any soccer-mom resistance to working out and tracking calories.

Begin low to check for sides, then move up fast to the 2mg starting dose. My own start was 0.5mg, and I reached 2mg within the week.

For the past 6 weeks I've stayed at 2mg every 3 days (4.66mg a week). Still dropping 3lbs a week. Down 27lbs since March 23rd.

Hit the gym when you can. I only did cardio and now I have hank hill ass.

Welcome aboard! Just so you know, around here a tiny question tends to snowball into a serious pastime. 😅

Plenty of us were standing right where you are now. You begin thinking "all I want is a tan," then suddenly you're lining up COAs side by side, digging through lab reports, and absorbing far more chemistry than you ever planned to.

Given your psychology and research experience, the testing and quality control aspects will likely click for you fast. And if a few of the abbreviations feel like too much at the start, that's completely normal. Every one of us has opened a fresh thread and thought, okay, I need to look up five more terms before I can even get through this.

Happy to have you join us, and I hope to see you posting around here soon!

Glad you're here. This is a solid spot to pick things up. Give the search button a try — it works well.

As for me, chasing the easy way out is honestly what I'm all about. It's basically my obsession.

Even though my time here has been brief, the amount I've picked up along the way is substantial. This forum has no shortage of excellent info and helpful members. Best of luck with your research. Given your background, I doubt you'll require much luck 😀

I came for the fat loss side of things but am only now learning about the tanning ones. Probably ought to read up on them more, seeing as im as pale as the driven snow.
My guess is plenty of people arrive with 1 particular goal in mind, only to stumble onto 12 other subjects while they are at it. 🤣

When I began digging into the tanning angle, I never imagined I would pick up this much about peptides.

I appreciate the kind greeting! 😊

After a few months of picking things up, it has become clear to me just how much remains unfamiliar.

Excited to keep gaining knowledge from all of you.

Thanks! 😊

The funny part is that the shortcut usually ends up demanding a lot of digging before you actually find it. 😂

Thank you! 😊

That vote of confidence means a lot to me. When it comes to digging into research I do well, though my talent for tumbling down a rabbit hole is even greater. 😂

I can't wait to pick things up from all of you here!

I've been on reta for 1.5 weeks. My pen is 40mil, and I take 2.5 mil weekly. So far nothing bad has happened. Some weight is already off, and my appetite is being kept down. The nice part is that I still like what I eat.

How others treat you really matters. I tried telling a friend about this, but it went right over their head. I didn't start putting on weight until my late 20's, so I can tell the difference in how people act toward you. Honestly, for quite a few years my brain still pictured me the way I was before the weight came on. Then a quick glance in the mirror..

These days The Man in The Mirror is stuck in my head. 🙂

Honestly can't believe tanning peptides exist. Years back I caught wind of peptides for building muscle, and after that came the fat-loss ones.

Even if I'm definitely whiter than you, I doubt I'd touch the tanning kind, haha. Sure, it seems like women stress over that stuff more than guys do, but whatever works for each person.

Absolutely!

And true, it's a huge change. I'd guess it hits women harder, because society unfortunately judges women mostly on how they look, while unattractive guys get away with a lot more. Still, even for me as a guy, folks chuckle at my jokes more these days and tend to assume I'm right more often in person.

I keep these tucked away for a rainy day, just in case I ever have to go undercover into a Sikh temple.

For a good chuckle, search "melanotan before and after"

From where I stand as a woman, I'd say that's accurate. It really does work like some kind of invisibility cloak around people I've just met, if that makes sense? I'm job hunting right now, and that's part of why I told my friend about one of the reasons I wanted to give reta a shot.

Sorry — after you responded, I went back and edited my earlier post to include what I'm taking.

Not sure I'd take that wager...

Not a chance — around these parts, the sun only exists in our heads. Still, there's a bright side: you could be pale and fat.🤣

Welcome aboard! Just a heads-up from me: Reta tends to be the peptide that opens the door, haha. That's exactly how it went for me, and now I'm stuck deep in YouTube videos and forum threads. Can't wait to hear what you get up to around here.

LOL...

That's true about the sun!

👀 What makes you think I'm not 🤔

I've also got some pudge problems I need to deal with 😂
