Hey all, I figured I’d say hello and share something a little personal. For my entire life, I’ve dealt with really low self-esteem. Being overweight is all I’ve ever known. A lot of the time I look at myself and think my face is nice, but that seems to be the only thing going for me. The role I’ve always filled is the “fat funny girl,” and truthfully, I’m simply at a point where I need something different. Joining here is about finally taking charge, and my hope is that the people in this community can offer the support and direction I’m looking for. I’m brand new to all of this, but I’m willing to give it a shot. P.S. I have zero idea what I’m doing and I’m not even sure I know how to properly post 🤦🏼‍♀️

Glad you're here! I'm also just starting out. You're heading in the right direction. Peptides make a huge difference. I've watched other folks get results that completely turned their lives around.

Before long, you'll be that slim, witty girl. I've stayed fit my entire life, but after my wife became pregnant, I put on 70 lbs over ten years. Three and a half months back, on my birthday, I made up my mind that I want to meet my grandchildren (my daughter is 10), and that's when I began this journey. Back then I weighed 301, now I'm at 264, and 250 is clearly within reach. It's strange how, when you simply aren't hungry, you fill your time with all kinds of other activities and only eat when you need to, rather than because you're bored, sad, glad, or feeling anything else. You've found the right spot, my dear, so welcome and enjoy yourself. This is truly a lovely, supportive community (for the most part). We're all pulling in the same direction, and it's amazing to witness so many success stories, mine included and yours before long. Don't hesitate to ask anything, and best of luck, we're all cheering for you.

Thanks for the kind greeting. Right now I’m only looking into things. Every path I try seems to lead nowhere, but I guess I’ll find out where this takes me.

Glad you found the pep community—I'm a newcomer as well. For a few months now I've been using Reta and Tesa, plus training 5-6 days each week, and I've become noticeably leaner. At the start it can feel like a lot to take in, but lots of folks here are willing to point you in the right direction. YouTube also has plenty of helpful, detailed videos explaining the function of each amino acid.

You can do this!! I only began using peps in March, and I’m a complete beginner. So far I’ve lost 18 pounds, and my overall well-being is better than it’s been in years. Keep going and absorb all the knowledge you can! Every bit of effort will pay off!

hey, I think you're pretty, and the fact that you're funny too makes it even better!! The good news is that at some point everyone is new. I'm new here too.

I believe you've come to the right spot! Don't misunderstand me here, but GLP's are capable of so many things for you, yet low self-esteem is a separate issue entirely! If you're aiming to be vulnerable, maybe you could refresh those photos of your OBVIOUSLY stunning self without any filters. I realize that's tough, but small steps like that, combined with GLP, will mend your heart much quicker!

To start, glad to have you here 🤗 And listen, you are way more than just a body or a face. Work on loving who you are and the skin you're in 🫶🏽 I've weighed as much as 290 and been as lean as 160. The mirror still wouldn't show me 160 until I put in the work on my head. You've got this!! Best of luck ✌🏽

Welcome! I’m also just starting out, and in 3 weeks on Reta I’ve dropped 8-10 pounds while barely working out. Recent celebrations (beer) made it go up and down. It’s been incredible — for about 2 days total I felt completely wiped out, needed to sleep, and had a headache, but other than that I feel as though I have more energy and confidence just from the thrill of watching the quick progress. Honestly it could be a placebo, yet my energy and mood are better, and those were the main reasons I decided to take the leap. Wishing you the very best of luck!

I’m also a newcomer, and honestly it feels like a lot to take in! I’m not sure what the first step should be, so for now I’m just searching around, gathering whatever I can and looking into things as thoroughly as possible before I commit. Wishing you the best of luck!

I believe you look lovely, and I don't say that kind of thing often. Plenty of guys actually prefer women with fuller figures. A number of those runway models are honestly startling. There's got to be something to hold onto. In any case, I wish you success in hitting the goals you've set
