The GLP1 journey began in 2023. A broken foot meant 2 surgeries and a boot with no movement for 6 months, and 2 pregnancies before that, which pushed me up to 300lbs. On my own I got down to 275 and could not move past that. Happily, 150lbs is where I now sit! Finding this group has made me so happy!!
