Hello and happy to be here! Hartford Connecticut is where I'm based, and my fitness journey is still at a fairly early stage when it comes to taking it seriously, so using this forum as a tool to help make progress and connect with a like minded community is what I'm looking forward to.
Plenty of questions are on my mind, but an introduction of myself is what this post will mainly stick to.
A 31 y/o male looking to connect with a community that is passionate and educated when it comes to exercise, supplements and peptides. As mentioned early, taking my fitness seriously is still somewhat new to me- a few years of lurking in the gym consistently with no real guidance or structure- so this forum being a resource for me as well is the hope.
Connecting and becoming more educated and optimized is what I look forward to!
