37F, and my Tirz journey began Jan 2025. Sadly that meant paying weekly via a Dr's office. After 8 months the cost became far too much. Luckily the following yr it came through my spouses insurance. Since the break I'm back down to 55lbs loss. Problem is, the pre made syringe has me at max dosage already. So any insight on dabbing my feet in the pond would be welcome. All info is welcomed and encouraged. TIA
