Hello, learning is what I'm here for. Ret came onto my radar only after 2+ years of steady gym work delivered a 5lbs loss, a plateau, and blood pressure still sitting on the borderline. Ret is now in use and 10lbs has come off over a couple of months. My hope is that knowing more about all of this helps me avoid getting ripped off and keeps my expectations realistic. Thanks!
