Hi!

My main reason for being here is to pick up more knowledge about peptides, find out what the rest of you are running, and understand how you stay on top of new developments. At the moment, my biggest interest is in peptides tied to metabolism and weight loss, plus a bit of curiosity about GHK-Cu. My first exposure to GHK-Cu came from skincare serums, so I had no idea people took it in peptide form until I began poking around here and R.

Beyond that, Bob's Burgers is a big love of mine. My favorite isn't actually Tina; it's Bob. Bob and I share something really important... we're both Thanksgiving lovers! It might be one of my top holidays, even though Halloween is and always will be #1. Haunted houses, pumpkin flavor, the color black, slasher movies, and rain - I LOVE all of it!

TeenahBurgers (that's me) also loveeeeee perfume. I sort of collect fragrances, though right now my collection sits at only around 25 bottles. That number will likely climb before long, since there are already a few more I've been looking into.

I also read a lot. So if you've got book recommendations, send them my way, and if you need book recommendations, I'm your girl. I read a little bit of everything. Emphasis on a little bit, because fantasy is still a genre I haven't fully gotten into. I've read maybe one or two fantasy books so far, but I'm trying lol.

Anyway, HI from the States! I'm looking forward to learning from everyone and seeing what you all are into.

Welcome aboard! This place will win you over—when it comes to peptides, there's no bottom to how far the rabbit hole goes.

Given your interest in metabolism and weight loss, Mounjaro/tirzepatide is something you'll see come up constantly. I'm currently on tirzepatide, and 6 weeks back I layered in a CJC/Ipamorelin stack as part of a 12-week cycle. Once I hit the 4-week point, my midsection had fully leaned out and gone flat. Oh, and GHK-Cu is fantastic—it's genuinely one of the main ingredients in several of the healing blends that get run around here for recovery and skin!

Also, big respect for Bob being your favorite character. Those Thanksgiving episodes where he's fixated on the turkey are television at its best. Welcome from across the pond!

Thanks so much!

What I'd like to understand is what CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin bring to the stack you're already running. Since the two of them work toward growth hormone stimulation, has pairing them produced anything noticeably better in your case? And what about GHK-Cu — have you given that one a go? MOTS-c is another one I've started reading up on. The sheer number of peptides out there is wild, so I'm keen to hear how things have gone for others.

Hey, no problem whatsoever — awesome that you jumped straight in!

Happy to share a bit of what I've picked up. My routine is 3 workouts per week, and the cjc/ipa stack made a huge difference for holding onto my lean muscle. That flat, weak sensation that tends to show up when you're in a deficit had started creeping in, and once I added this stack it disappeared entirely. On top of that, it appeared to speed up the process of my belly getting flatter.

On the ghk-cu front, I haven't given it a go so far. It's absolutely something I want to try, though I'm thinking I'll hold off until spring or summer. With how cold it's getting, any extra skin quality perks would be hidden away 90% of the time regardless lol.

mots-c is something I have run, and honestly the very first dose caught me off guard. My cardio capacity shot way up and 2 hours on the bike felt easy with zero urge to quit, when under normal circumstances 30 minutes would have me completely finished.

There was some trial and error involved, since on gym days it gave me nothing. When I was doing heavy compound resistance training, all it did was leave me feeling flat with no drive, even if the weights still moved fine. After digging into it, I learned that's actually pretty typical, so the usual approach is to shift it to after resistance training or keep it to cardio days. I went with cardio days only and the results were really solid.

No rush as you research everything! Which goals matter most to you right now?
