I'm a guy in my 50s, joining up to work on myself and reshape my body. My 40s ran me over like a truck. Stress never let up, energy was gone, libido faded away, and I went from fit to fat to obese. TRT is probably in my future, but 6 months on Tirz has been incredible and sent me down the peptide rabbit hole.

Right now I'm 5'10" and 200lbs, down from 240, with a long road ahead before I'm fit rather than just skinny — and that's the reason I'm here.

Welcome!!

A 54-year-old guy checking in. During my 40s I really stopped taking care of myself. Work never let up, the stress stayed sky-high, and I simply couldn't be bothered to look after myself. I made some poor choices.

Standing 6'1" (186cm), I reached 330lbs/150kg. These days I'm at 270lbs/123kg. My goal is to land just below 200 so I can finally see that "1" on the scale. The gym hasn't happened yet, but that's on the horizon.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying the non-scale victories. I'm fitting into clothes that hadn't worked for years and that my wife had wanted gone for ages. Plenty of stuff that used to be way too tight is now way too loose! On a recent flight I didn't need a seatbelt extension. Every single one of those feels amazing.

Wishing you the best of luck on your journey!

Thanks, and congratulations! I'm with you on the victories that don't show up on the scale. Nothing in my closet is baggy on me just yet, though all the stuff I'd gotten too big for is wearable once more. It really does feel great.
