Hello everyone! I've just joined, American by birth though I'm living in Sydney these days. GLP-1s have been on my reading list for a long while now, yet I still haven't committed to trying them. I've got my own weight targets where I reckon they could really help, since plateaus stop me dead every time and I struggle to break through. That drives me up the wall! GLPs strike me as something that could change everything for me. What interests me most is watching the growing body of Reta research demonstrate the benefits it offers. Think about the breakthroughs we'll be hearing about 5 or 10 years from now! That's thrilling. Right, thanks for taking the time, and I'm keen to get involved around here!

Hi and welcome aboard! Reta has been part of my routine for 15 weeks now, though I spent plenty of time reading up before finally going for it. This place is packed with knowledge, and you can look through what others have gone through while using Reta. I still hang around here quietly and pick up something fresh every visit! 🙂

That’s great! So far, how’s your experience with Reta been?

So far it's been great! At the start I felt swamped, since there is a ton to pick up beyond just grasping what Reta is and the way to use it. For example dosage schedules, unwanted effects, the process of turning Reta powder into liquid with BAC water, additional peptides beyond GLP-1s that can be combined, telling apart mg, mL, and units, and crypto too. Since almost all vendors take only crypto, getting the hang of that was a separate challenge. After a while it becomes familiar and less difficult.

For the first 2 weeks I began Reta at a low 0.5 mg dose, then moved up to 1 mg across weeks 3 and 4, keeping a close watch on my body's response. Weight loss only really became noticeable near week 3. I've just begun 4 mg, and things are going well so far, I'm down 20 lbs! As for side effects, I've had daytime fatigue and now and then a headache, though that typically signals I need to eat more of something or drink extra water, and it tends to resolve on its own.

What I'd suggest is that if or when you choose to take the plunge, go slowly and watch carefully how your body reacts before raising your dose. Also, research thoroughly to become familiar. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out, and best of luck! 🙂

It sounds like we’re in the same boat — once I finally get going, I’ve already made up my mind to begin at 0.5mg. My main reason is to “check” how my body handles it. Since I can picture myself dealing with the primary side effects without much trouble, I figure that kicking off at a very low dose and ramping up gradually could keep those effects in check.

Also, 20 pounds over 15 weeks is impressive! That seems like a solid, sustainable rate. Appreciate you sharing once more! I’ll probably message you with a few questions down the line, haha 🙂
